Zombie cafe

I LOVE this game, but strongly DO NOT recommend it. The game restarts and you lose all you have built up, all achievements and all levels. For no apparent reason the game restarts to the beginning. Very frustrating. This has happened to me 3 times already.
I emailed the company and no response. Its a shame because its a great game but they are getting a bad reputation for not fixing this glitch
