I had a current issue with the game that needed some attention. I went on the app support page and they have direct answers to your problems ! My problem was that the zombies would stand there doing nothing even though their energy levels were at max. Reading through the app support I had come to realize that one of my appliances was blocked which froze my zombies ! Thanks for the the help beeline app support!
